Return Policy for Petals & Feathers

1. Return Conditions

1.1 Time Frame

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

1.2 Eligible Items

Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

2. Return Process

2.1 Requesting a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at petals.feathers@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

2.2 Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

3.2 Refund Time Frame

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
